From spinning to versatile knitwear for clothing wearing
Machining
After purchasing the fabric from the supplier, the fabric is first inspected for quality, including color, texture, defects, etc., to ensure that the fabric meets production requirements. Next, perform fabric pre shrinkage treatment to reduce deformation and shrinkage of the fabric during subsequent processing.
Cropping
According to the designed paper pattern, use a cutting machine or scissors to cut the fabric and accessories according to the specified size and shape. During the cutting process, accuracy should be ensured to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.
Sewing
Sewing is the core link in clothing manufacturing. Sewing workers use sewing machines or manual labor to sew the cut fabric and accessories according to design requirements and process flow. During the sewing process, attention should be paid to the uniformity of the stitching, the fineness of the stitches, and the accuracy of the splicing of each part.
Aftertreatment
Quality inspectors conduct a comprehensive inspection of the ironed clothing, including dimensions, appearance, thread ends, and other aspects. Qualified clothing undergoes final sorting, such as removing excess threads and trimming irregular parts.
Packaging
After quality inspection and sorting, the clothing is packaged and packed according to the order requirements. The packaged clothing is stored in the warehouse and waiting for shipment.
